This FeelFlow Products and Services License Agreement (hereinafter referred to as "this Agreement") is entered into by and between you (hereinafter referred to as "you" or "User") and Chongqing Wulitu Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Wulitu Technology") regarding your use of the FeelFlow products and services.
Please read this Agreement carefully before using the FeelFlow products and services. If you are a minor, you must read this Agreement under the supervision of your legal guardian. You should fully understand all the terms herein, especially those that exempt or limit the liability of Wulitu Technology, as well as terms relating to applicable law and dispute resolution. Unless you fully accept all the terms of this Agreement, you are not authorized to use the FeelFlow products and services. If you do not agree to any terms of this Agreement, you must immediately cease the registration process. By using the FeelFlow products and services, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Agreement.
You hereby confirm that you possess the civil capacity appropriate to your conduct as defined under the laws of the People’s Republic of China, and that you are capable of agreeing to and complying with this Agreement and assuming full legal responsibility for all acts under this Agreement. If you do not have such capacity, you shall obtain the informed consent of your legal guardian. If you are under the legal age, please read and evaluate this Agreement with your guardian. Any acts performed by minors or individuals without the required legal capacity under this software shall be deemed to have been approved by their legal guardians.
This Agreement outlines the rights and obligations between Wulitu Technology and the User regarding the use of the FeelFlow products and services.
"Wulitu Technology" refers to Chongqing Wulitu Technology Co., Ltd., including its affiliates that may, where applicable, provide relevant services to you under this Agreement or under the FeelFlow products.
"User" refers to any individual or entity who lawfully obtains and uses the FeelFlow products and services.
"FeelFlow Product" (also referred to as "FeelFlow" or "FeelFlow Software") refers to the mobile client application lawfully owned and operated by Wulitu Technology, labeled "FeelFlow." The software may include but is not limited to versions for iOS, Android, and other platforms. Users must select the version compatible with their device.
"FeelFlow Services" refer to various operational services related to the FeelFlow product provided by Wulitu Technology.
"Third Party" refers to any legal entity, organization, or individual other than Wulitu Technology, including other FeelFlow users.
This Agreement includes business rules, relevant agreements, and updated versions thereof as may be published by Wulitu Technology or its affiliates in relation to the FeelFlow products and services. Upon publication, such content shall form an integral part of this Agreement. If you do not agree with such content, you must cease using FeelFlow products or services immediately. Continued use shall be deemed as full acknowledgment and acceptance of such content.
Users may download the FeelFlow product from lawful channels to their legally owned devices. Unless otherwise authorized, the User shall not modify, reproduce, or distribute the FeelFlow product in any form. Wulitu Technology does not guarantee the performance or safety of software obtained through unauthorized sources and is not liable for any resulting risks or losses.
By launching the FeelFlow product on their device, the User is deemed to be using the FeelFlow products and services. Full functionality may require internet access.
Wulitu Technology grants the User a perpetual, non-transferable, non-exclusive, and non-commercial license to use the FeelFlow products and services within the territory of the People’s Republic of China. This license may be revoked under certain circumstances as deemed necessary by Wulitu Technology.
To ensure security and consistency of functionality, Wulitu Technology reserves the right to update or modify the software, or to limit certain features, without prior notice.
Upon release of a new version, older versions may become obsolete. Users should regularly check for and install the latest version of the software.
Users understand and agree that FeelFlow may utilize their device’s processing power and bandwidth. Data usage fees may apply, and such costs shall be borne solely by the User.
Wulitu Technology reserves the right to determine the maximum storage duration of user data and the storage space allocated to each user. Users are responsible for backing up their own data.
If a User ceases to use the software, or if the services are terminated or cancelled, Wulitu Technology has the right to permanently delete the User’s data from its servers. It shall not be obligated to return any such data.
Users must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the People’s Republic of China when using the FeelFlow products and services. Users shall not use the FeelFlow products and services for any illegal purpose or in any way that infringes the legitimate rights and interests of others or Wulitu Technology.
Users shall not engage in any of the following acts when using the FeelFlow products and services:
(a) Publishing, transmitting, disseminating, or storing content that violates national laws, endangers national security, social stability, public order, or is indecent, defamatory, fraudulent, or infringing;
(b) Impersonating another person or entity, or misrepresenting affiliation with another person or entity;
(c) Maliciously interfering with, disrupting, or damaging the normal operation of the software or associated networks;
(d) Reverse engineering, decompiling, disassembling, or attempting to extract the source code of the software;
(e) Engaging in any act that violates the rights of Wulitu Technology or others, including but not limited to intellectual property rights, trade secrets, privacy, or reputation.
If a User violates this Agreement or engages in behavior that Wulitu Technology reasonably deems inappropriate, Wulitu Technology reserves the right to take necessary measures, including but not limited to suspending or terminating the license, restricting functionality, or reporting to competent authorities.
Users shall bear full responsibility for any consequences resulting from violations of this Agreement or relevant laws and regulations.
To use certain features of the FeelFlow products and services, Users may need to create an account. Users shall provide accurate and complete registration information and keep such information up to date.
Users are responsible for safeguarding their account credentials and all activities conducted under their account. If a User discovers any unauthorized use of their account, they shall notify Wulitu Technology immediately.
Wulitu Technology will process Users' personal information in accordance with the Privacy Policy published in connection with the FeelFlow products and services. By using FeelFlow, Users consent to such processing.
Wulitu Technology will adopt reasonable security measures to protect the personal data of Users, but does not guarantee absolute security. Users agree to bear the risk of any data breaches not caused by Wulitu Technology’s willful misconduct or gross negligence.
Users may delete their account at any time. Upon deletion, Wulitu Technology may retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes, but will cease to use such data for active processing.
The FeelFlow products and services are provided "as is" and "as available." Wulitu Technology does not guarantee that the products or services will be uninterrupted or error-free, nor does it make any warranty regarding the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the content.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Wulitu Technology disclaims any and all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Wulitu Technology shall not be liable for any damages arising from:
(a) The User’s failure to operate the software in accordance with the Agreement;
(b) Interruption or failure of network services or third-party systems;
(c) Unauthorized access to or alteration of user transmissions or data;
(d) Other matters not attributable to Wulitu Technology.
Users shall assume full responsibility for any damages or loss arising from the use of the FeelFlow products and services, unless such damages or loss are directly caused by Wulitu Technology’s intentional misconduct or gross negligence.
All intellectual property rights related to the FeelFlow products and services, including but not limited to software code, interfaces, content, trademarks, logos, and trade secrets, belong to Wulitu Technology or its licensors.
Users are granted a limited license to use such intellectual property strictly in accordance with this Agreement. No provision in this Agreement shall be construed as granting Users any rights, ownership, or interest in the intellectual property.
Without prior written consent from Wulitu Technology, Users shall not use, reproduce, modify, distribute, or otherwise exploit any content from the FeelFlow products and services for commercial or non-personal purposes.
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China.
Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be submitted to the competent court with jurisdiction in the place where Wulitu Technology is located.
Wulitu Technology reserves the right to amend this Agreement as necessary. In the event of any material changes, Wulitu Technology will notify Users through appropriate means. Continued use of the FeelFlow products and services after such notification shall be deemed acceptance of the revised Agreement.
If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the User and Wulitu Technology with respect to the FeelFlow products and services and supersedes any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral.

This Agreement is originally written in Chinese. The English translation is provided for reference purposes only. In the event of any discrepancy between the Chinese version and the English version, the Chinese version shall prevail.
The headings in this Agreement are for convenience only and shall not affect the interpretation of any provision.
The final interpretation of this Agreement rests with Wulitu Technology, to the extent permitted by law.
